I have suggested that there should be an itemised list of points available online. Pointed out that every time I had a query I had to phone to get someone to look at my points.
Is that wise????. Surley this is a thread about getting the best out of Tesco sometimes even crossing the line ( cxl life insurance for instance) and you tell Tesco to check it out ??? For example the electrical promo was clearly a mistake and we took full advantage of it. By the time Tesco realize that it was a mistake it was too late and they let it go. Now all they have to do is moniter this thread. and they can see any mistakes alot earlier.
OK they might allready be doing that, we dont know for sure, but actually asking them to look at it, I can see the logic in that .
