Trying to fill in the CDC attestation form which is needed for check-in at aa.com/attestation.

It asks for my booking allocator, first and last name, which I enter. Then it just says "Loading" and nothing else happens. Tried different browsers and computers, always the same. Anyone able to access the online form?

AA Technical Support told me to just access my booking, then click on travel requirements and select the online form from there. But that just links to the same website as above.
