Conditional approval on Mar 14, attended in person interview on Mar 18 and got a email couple of hours later that it's fully approved.

I have still not received the global entry card in the mail yet. Almost 20 days since interview. Is that normal? I remember seeing somewhere that it should arrive in 10-15 days
