Beware of Quantas phone numbers, I have been charged £84 pounds for ringing the Quantas frequent flyer number on my mobile. Just held in a long queue then rang off…..then saw additional charges on my phone bill. Outrageous no warning of heafty premium rate number and I didn’t get to speak to anyone. So posting to alert others….i checked with my phone provider and they confirmed the number that I rang was the cause of the charge. I’ve emailed Quantas as well but no reply as yet.
