I am short around 12k on this offer, and have given up trying to resolve the matter. The Tesco.com dept is a bunch of clueless, lying idiots, who can not trace orders , despite being given order numbers, who tell me that orders were never placed, despite the fact that I am looking at the order on my tesco.com home page , as I am talking to them ( And they say they can not see it). In the end they palm you off with the points will post later, but as you have said above, in the LP buying frenzy that went on over the last 3 weeks keeping track ob points balance became hard work.
So I had written on the 12 k as It will be too much of a pain to sort it out.
