The fact that there wasn't any communicating going on tells us nothing about whether it was pilot suicide or anything else. There would be no difference in communication of a plane that's out of control. To differentiate between these two scenarios, we need to find something that would happen differently in a suicide scenario vs. a mechanical issue. Communication is not one of those things.
