2 questions about 2 separate reward bookings using TK Miles and Smiles
1. A flight on SN/TG in I class
I have a ticket number obviously starting with 235 and a TK PNR.
I can pull up this reservation on the Manage my booking section on the TK website.
I cannot select seats.
How to proceed for seat selection? I tried with the ticket number and PNR that I have on SN and TG website, but no match.
2. Reward on TK
Return is a simple TK reward flight. However, when I enter PNR or ticker number on TK website, I get an error.
" Dear passenger, We are sorry, we are not able to process your transaction at the moment. You can check your information and log in again. If you encounter the same problem, please use our mobile app.'
Tried it on the TK app "The date or route of your flight has been changed."
There is indeed a minor change in flight times for the second leg.
How to get access to this booking?
For the first booking, you would need to call Turkish Airlines and request the Thai and Brussels Airlines PNR's which are different than the TK one.
For the second booking, you would also need to call Turkish Airlines and confirm the changes as it looks like your ticket must be reissued as there was either a schedule change.
