MAN suspend FastTrack when the airport gets busy so it's no guarantee. I also believe that you have to join the queue with everyone else to get TO the security queue before you can peel away and head to the FastTrack line. Best way is probably to apply for a vacant airside job at MAN and ask for your interview to be held 60 minutes before your departure time at the gate.
