Just to point out that it was almost certainly a A320 or 321 from AMS. I believe it's only on Iberia Express as well which can have some tight seat pitches, but does still have a business class. Crews on I2 tend to be younger and less experienced, but the youth can also mean more enthusiasm.

But in general yeah, I like to say IB is the world's most adequate airline. It is fine and won't be amazing but isn't awful either.

Since I mostly fly to the USA, UX is barely an option as being able to use IB/AA/BA for Irrops is huge.
