I know I've found it somehow but I don't have a current booking to check. But my guess is that it's buried in either the Royal Jordanian or Qantas versions of MMB. But you will get the BA baggage allowance if it was booked via BA.com or via BAEC, minus any extra you would get for status on BA.
The problem is that the E-Ticket says

But the link is just to the aerlingus.com home page and the explanation of hand baggage requires you to know your ticket type which is hardly intuitive. I have gathered from other posts that I'm allowed one 23kg bag and at least one 10kg carry on but it all seems unnecessarily obfuscated. It'd be nice to add some luggage as I'm a bit spoilt by 3x32 and lots of hand luggage
