Found Max floating, but no points!
So I went to computers at 10:45 p.m. PST and Max is there floating around...I click on him and thiswindow comes up:

"Sorry...

Since I found him, I would think I'm entitled to get my points, which I understand from previous posters to be 15...I guess I'll contact Member Care...
