I have a stay planned for July and there must be a wedding that weekend as the rates just jumped dramatically. I emailed my concierge to use a suite and a replacement for her said none were available. It is unclear to me which suites are the standard suite since it doesn't say on the app. Both the loft suite and 1 bedroom suite are available to book online. Does this make sense that I can't use my suite upgrade for one of these rooms?
