Sardinia to Cayman Islands
I'm flying from the US to Italy (Sardinia) and want to visit Cayman Islands on the way back. All Google Flights searches for OLB to GCM one-way are really high. I looked at economy/business award flights and they seem to have only 40+ hour flight options.

Do I need to book a one-way to somewhere in Europe to get good options (e.g. OLB-FCO or OLC-LHR)?
