You can call the hotel and ask -- but what is the point of splitting them into separate reservations? If they're back-to-back at the same property, Hilton will view them as a single stay -- you could "check out" and "check in" every day and it would be single stay for Honors purposes. If it's for billing purposes the hotel may be able to A/B folio the stay rather than forcing a separate stay.
