When I stayed at the PH Vitznau there were a lot kids in the pools and jacuzzis. Like families monopolizing the area. Frankly, the kids got on my nerves. The food was way above my pay-grade, but it was a unique experience. Everything was great, but the place does take its self very seriously, and may come across to some as a bit sterile and cold.
