Are there any plans to refit? Are they planned to be used on fixed routes? It’s annoying that the consistent A321/A330 J product is now no longer there.
I had nobody beside me on any of the flights I took with QR, so I used one seat as a bed and the other for movies. But yes, with someone sitting next to you that you don't know, it wouldn't be particularly great. Even so, it's better for sleeping by a huge margin over the current EI seat, due to all the space.
I'll be curious to see whether they refit them or just keep this until they leave again. Depends on their plans I suppose!
