With so many properties having limited housekeeping still, I recently booked a 5 night reward stay at a Homewood Suites and they were charging a much higher point rate for a King 1 Bedroom than a 2 Queen 1 Bedroom and I went with the 2 Queen 1 Bedroom even though its just me and I normally really prefer a King with the logic that at least I won't have to deal with the hassle of geting housekeeping to change sheets having 2 beds to split nights slept on.
