I stayed in early December, shortly after their re-opening. The "lounge" was on ground floor bar - some 3 cocktails to choose from and some snacks, which run out in less than a minute or so. Check in took about 90 minutes standing in a queue. Breakfast had a long waiting queue as well. Welcome drink vouchers could be used on rooftop bar, which was decent. No welcome amenity initially, but after request, they come up with 3 sweet bites. Toiletries in the suite were downgraded and Wifi signal was weak in bedroom, but OK in the living room. The gym had no ventilation working.
I hope that by now they have resumed some services in better way and to play safe, I would avoid afternoon rush hour for check in or check out.

did you get an upgrade (with what status?)? Did you try a restaurant in the hotel?
