Yep. The additional points saving and the reviews above have made me cancel my Westin reservation and book Le Meridien instead. Using the points saved for some earlier trips I have planned which also are now possible with award stays that have dropped due to dynamic pricing!
I just hope my family and I don't feel "2nd tier" at Le Meridien...I do notice the Nirvana rooms do look a little nicer.
Would be great if after the stay you could write back how was it. I have been to both LM and Westin back in 2016, but that was before we had kids.
I don't know whether you are adventurous, but we really enjoyed food from a beach shack called 'Cabane du Filao'. It is 5 minutes drive from the hotel (we had our rental car).
