I have a similar question that I asked in a different post.....flying SEA-SIN-DPS...w/18hr layover in SIN...was planning to enter Singapore and stay the night (assuming I meet all the criteria to enter Singapore)...will I need to do a covid re-test before my flight from SIN to DPS...or not since my ticket is 1 continuous journey and thus just need the covid test 48 hrs prior to departure?
