Routing goes though Amsterdam which I thought I might stopover.

Award Hacker shows 15k VS miles to but I can't locate any dates. Appreciate if you can locate this award price.
Has anyone been successful adding the stop for an additional 5,000 points on either or both legs?
How long is transfer time Marriott Envoy to VS? 1.25 ratio...so 27,600 MB points to get VS 34, 500 points

VS seems the best points deal now from West cast USA to Europe. I checked also AA, DL, UA and BA.
