I've got an overnight stay at JFK coming up in late June with family. Oddly enough the reservation system says "Opening Soon June 2022" for this hotel, even though its website that you linked to above says "late summer."

There's supposedly a Residence Inn also "Opening Soon June 2022." Does anyone have any insight on when they're actually going to start taking reservations and when they'll actually open? I'm booked at the Hilton JFK at the moment, but wouldn't mind switching here. If it was open, of course.
