We've been happy with Pavlus a few years since Randy gave us a referral a few years back as well! We have a different agent - and ours (Carol) actually retired "recently" (I cannot remember when - since our last cruise, Dec 2019) They automatically reassigned us but we asked to be moved to our alternate agent (our in-laws also use Pavlus thanks to our referral and they've messed up our itineraries on occasion - Pavlus has worked with us to set things straight....And our current agent (Susan) knows to confirm anything with us if our in-laws have been making changes ;-) We're not booked with them on anything current so hopefully all will be well ;-)

I use Costco travel for rental cars; when we were sailing on Pacific Princess and I think Azamara we booked through Costco travel. I can't remember if we moved to Pavlus before european river cruising or before we went on Seabourn, but a few years ago we moved. Just for cruises - all other travel I'll book myself. Though I'll always check Costco and Pavlus if I decide I want an all-inclusive or big resort hotel (not our norm but has been known to happen ;-)

FYI checking the Pavlus website right now, looks like 10% discount off brochure rate is what they have for most Celebrity/Alaska cruises this year. Not sure what other offers might be available re drinks or wifi - typically anything the cruise company offers itself would be replicated by a travel agent. https://pavlus.com/cruises-celebrity
