MSP/ATL-HNL are D1 and have gotten actual meal the whole time.
No - this was only a month ago. It was OGG-SEA. Granted, it was an evening flight, but they didn't even offer snacks or any type of drink as we boarded.
And no blankets & pillows on the flight. The FA even came on and announced before we took off that people should get extra clothing out of their bags because the flight was going to be very cold (she wore a parka the whole time!).
Very strange experience, indeed. I have considered writing to Delta, but I know that usually does nothing. It has certainly changed my mind about being a loyal Delta customer.
