On my repeat visit this morning, I can clarify.

They have self serve food, and drinks. In fact, beers (only Heineken) are available to self serve from the fridges.

There is also a bar, which yesterday people were getting drinks from, poured by one of the staff. But today they said it’s there for people ordering using their phones.

So it’s basically a hybrid pre covid/covid lounge environment.

The good news is that lounge burglars are back in business!
