Well, CS say that as they have not received notification of any disruptions at MAN (!) the outbound domestic sector can't be cancelled. The only option they could offer is to cancel the booking and make a new booking for LHR-LAX direct at nearly 4 times the original cost. Does anyone know a reliable way to protect the onward flight if the first sector is a no-show?
