I made bookings for family yesterday with no issue but they were on my friends and family list rather in my household account. If on f and f they can't access your avios nor you theirs but you can use your avios to book for them. When setting them up there was an option to move them from household account to f and f. Depends on whether or not you want to pool your avios with them or just book flights for them. If the latter then may be worth moving them from one list to the other.
