i had the same issue and spent hours on the phone waiting for some helpful and some not so helpful agents. I also cleared caches, assigned myself a new PIN, opened a ticket through their webpage etc.
In the end it turned out that they had assigned me a new SEN-number upon the renewal of my Miles&More-credit—card.
I can log in with the new number and my account history seems to have transferred. My remaining issue is that I have to memorise the new number and erase the old one of 15 years from my memory.
In their defence, a very friendly agent called approx.14 days after I had opened the IT-ticket to check whether I had received their e-mail two days prior with the advice to use the new number and whether it was working now.
