Of course Centurion if you have AMEX Platinum.
AA only has Admirals Club's at PHL where you would only find cheaper house drinks for free with minimal food with soup, hummus, cheese cubes, etc...

The AMEX Lounge would have a full bar with more complimentary drink options and proper hot food options as well.
Although be aware that the Centurion Lounge closes at 7pm and if I'm not wrong the QR flight departs around 9-10pm, so at some point, you might need to switch lounges.
