I'm sure NW will get rid of it too. I guess we'll have to take the 'pocket-rocket' DC9-10 (don't sit in the back of this plane) to connect at DTW or drive to DTW.

It's kind of an infuriating situation. People had to take Flyi for them to survive, but NW was always cheaper (because of Flyi). Most of the time, you could take the NW LAN-IAD trip for $138 all-in, even the same day. Flyi was usually at $250 all-in for the same trip.
