Also, Which building I should request after upgrade my room. And if I choose not to do an upgrade, will I have a big chance to get a deluxe ocean view room thru complimentary upgrade ( when room is available), at check in .

You have status? If Diamond it is a two category upgrade. I have stayed three times over the last 8 months and had from 1st floor to second from the top. I prefer the building overlooking the pool from a view standpoint. Chapel wing is most convenient to lobby, pool, gym, shops.
