I will be flying business class and I have Priority Pass, so I have access to lounges. I know that there is a Centurion Lounge at LHR, but I don't know if that's a high selling point.

LHR - customs at CDG is always a mess and transit time can take an hour. With LHR if you have a flight cancellation, United has more options to get you back to NYC.
