Booking with Avios for Family Member: Unable to do Online?
Hi all, I'm trying to make a booking for a family member with my BA Avios. I created the household account and successfully added them as a member. HOWEVER, when I go to make a booking, the BA.com site says that I must be the primary passenger on the booking, and it will not let me change the passenger to my family member. Is this the expected behavior, or does it just take some time for the family member to sync successfully to my account? (The prompt suggests I have to call in to fix this, and first a phone agent after 45 min pretended not to be able to hear me, then my second call disconnected after about 60 minutes... so trying to avoid calling again!)
