I've checked reviews on that property on google maps and hotels dot com. And people have the same top 3 complaints, which are noise, lack of customer service, and the property needs renovated and the forth complaint is that it's not worth the price and the food is bad. If it were me, I would stay at the Sheraton on reforma. I like that hotel even though it's older. And it doesn't run $400 a night. Good luck.
