Our trip is in July and we recently inquired into more info about f&b and this is what we got back:
As of now, May 2022 and onwards dining schedule is not yet out and we are unable to confirm any dining schedule or advance reservation requests. We usually take reservations 14 days prior to the requested date. Our dining calendar for July will be most likely ready by the middle of June, and we shall be in touch by then.

Pleased to share the below information regarding our F&B dining experience.

For an unforgettable experience, ITHAA - our world’s first undersea restaurant is only open on certain days of the week. Ithaa Visiting Hour starts from 1100hrs until 1200hrs. Lunch starts at 1230hrs and Dinner starts at 1830hrs for all the guests for the day/ evening. Please note that we do not encourage same day arrival/departure dining to avoid clash of flight timings due to unforeseen weather conditions of the day. For optimum undersea dining, we recommend going for Dinner as you would get to experience how the Day view transforms into Night view, all these at the comfort of the undersea restaurant. However, please note that Dinner reservations are exclusively for guests aged 14 years and above. Please note that Ithaa has only 14 maximum seating capacity.



*ITHAA Visiting hour (max 1hr undersea experience)

11h00 – 12h00 only.

Price US$ 99 ++ per person (adults)

Price US$ 45++ per person (kids 6 to 12 years old)

FOC for kids below 6 years old

The above mentioned price includes a glass of Champagne or non-alcoholic mocktail & light canapés only.



*ITHAA Lunch (Max 2.5hrs undersea experience)

Lunch starts at 1230hrs for all guests of the day

Price US$ 265 ++ per person

Price US$ 230 ++ per person (vegetarian menu)

Price US$ 135++ per person (kids 6 to 12 years old)

FOC for kids below 6 years old

The above mentioned price includes 4 course set menu, Voss Water and Tea / Coffee



*ITHAA Dinner (max 3hrs undersea experience)

Dinner starts at 1830hrs, for all guests of the evening

Price US$ 340 ++ per person

Dinner reservations are exclusively for guests aged 14 years and above.

The above mentioned price includes 6 course set menu, Voss Water and Tea / Coffee.



For a romantic memory that lasts a lifetime, we do offer ISLAND DESTINATION DINING – book a private beach dinner under the stars with your own chef and waiter.

*Dinner Menu starts from Price US$ 225 ++ per person (adults) and Kids (6-12 years old) at 50% discount per kid

- ALL Menus, minimum of 2 orders will be required, except for the Family Style BBQ Menu.

- Family Style, minimum of 6 orders: Family Style BBQ Menu.

*Dinner Set-up starts from US$ 200 ++ per event (for 2 guests). Every additional adult guest will be at US$ 25++ per person.

Recommended to start at 1900hrs, please let us know otherwise, if you like to start earlier/later.

Kindly note that event is subject to weather conditions of the day.

Prices are inclusive of mineral water, any additional beverages are chargeable. Please note that our menu and prices are seasonal and subject to change without prior notice.



Additional dining information:

- All outlets will be operational, however, open at rotation basis. Earliest dinner time slot is from 1900Hrs, while Ithaa starts at 1830Hrs for all the guest of the evening.

- Rangali Bar and Quiet Zone does not require pre-booking. Rangali Bar last food order is at 5:45PM and Gourmet Snacks Menu will be available at 9:30PM. Quiet Zone last food order is at 5:30PM.

- Hilton Honor Happy Hour is happening daily at Vilu Restaurant (04:00PM – 05:00PM).

- Happy Hour, 50% discount on selected beverage will be offered at Rangali Bar (05:00PM – 06:00PM).

- Atoll Market Buffet is open for breakfast from 7:00AM - 10:30AM and dinner buffet from 7:00PM – 10:00PM. Pre-booking is not required.

- Vilu Restaurant is also offering semi buffet breakfast from 7:00AM - 10:30AM, pre-booking is not required.

- The Cheese & Wine Bar offers Tasting Menu and Cheese Fondue, once a week. Tasting Menu is very Thursday at US$ 145++ per person and Cheese Fondue is every Tuesday at US$ 105++ per person.

- Beach Barbecue Event, Wednesdays: Fisherman’s BBQ at US$ 255++ per person.

- Beach Barbecue Event, Saturdays: Lobster & Champagne BBQ at US$ 275++ per person.

- Wine Cellar Dinner, Fridays, at US$ 295++ per person (wine paired set menu). Set menu is refreshed weekly and will be ready 3 days prior the event.

- Koko Grill Dinner, currently every Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, at US$ 270++ per person (Japanese, set menu).

- Please note that the following will be limited to adults access only: Wine Cellar, Wine Dinners, Ithaa Dinner, Quiet Zone.

- Please note that restaurants opening schedule are subject to change without prior notice based on business demands, so we kindly ask to reconfirm with the assigned host upon arrival.

Reservations are required for restaurants/events like Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, Private Beach Dinner, Wine Cellar dinner, KOKO Grill dinner, Tasting Menu dinner, Cheese Fondue dinner.



Should you have any dietary restrictions or allergies (i.e., gluten free, pescatarian, vegan, halal, etc.), please do let us know and we’ll be happy to alter the menu, with 24 hours prior notice.
