More more people today are complaining about Luggage problems again on trips in and out of terminal five. It seems they are travelling – sometimes delayed by a few hours – but their luggage is not.

School groups arriving at destination yet some hold bags missing. Skiers landing in Vancouver without skis, golfers at golf courses but no clubs.
