Not sure if the JAL F lounge at FRA is open ( may be JAL J lounge only and limited timings)
The IB MAD lounges are quite nice ( pre covid)
Limited CX lounges ( I think only LHR T3 is open)
I would be tempted to do a LHR T3 destination so you can try the CX F lounge and Qantas.
The Finnair Lounge at HEL might be another option
How many points are you short of?
The BA EDI lounge is not bad.

All of my points are from leisure travel, mainly headed East (which hasn't opened up greatly in terms of entry). I can't realy complain as most of the points that got me to gold came from QR Ex EU flights. Unfortunately the days of £1350 to Aus in J look to be a distant memory, so uncertain if I will make it back to gold any time soon.
