While technically the new flexible housekeeping policy applies to all brands, properties can hide behind the verbiage on the two below links that Hilton is still actively using on the website. It's says that "most" properties in the Americas are implementing a flexible policy. The question of course comes back to what does "most" mean? For some properties or franchisees, they might interpret it as not fully applying since saying "most" properties is far different then a blanket "all" properties mandate . I mean sure, it's disingenuous because CleanStay hasn't applied anywhere in the US in quite some time if ever in terms of staff wearing masks, extra room cleaning, wrapping remotes or the stupid door stickers but none the less, it's still out there and it's not clear the same as Hilton's new pet friendly nonsense where the verbiage clearly denotes which brands it fully applies to without question.
