I'm eligible for the 40% transfer bonus to British Airways. I transferred 1000 from Amex and 1400 appeared instantly in Avios. I transferred a larger amount a few minutes later and only the base miles showed in Avios - not the bonus. Amex says wait 2 days, call back and file a claim.
