Is anyone aware of an issue with miles and more website? ive tried to log on from multiple devices and browsers, cleared out caches etc and repeatedly get that i need to contact customer service message. ive called them 8 times, only twice did someone pick up, the first time she put me back on hold and disconnected, and the second connected said that everything was fine, to which i told her that im trying as we are chatting and received the same contact service message, then told me to send an email which i had. before letting her off the line i tried to book a ticket and was again disconnected. i will only say that the second woman was the most incredibly rude and unhelpful person ive ever come across. the whole experience was revolting and i am just livid. apologies for venting. nevertheless, any insight into miles and more log in issues. oh if helpful im trying to access via the account number and pin. thanks again.
