Agree. The DL Diamond line seems to habitually have significant wait times no matter the time of day. The EP desk is generally pretty quick (no wait to 15 minutes) except when there are significant IROPS or I guess 3/31 when all of the vouchers expired I also find that hanging on the line can sometimes significantly shorten the wait.
