Alaska has bases in SEA, PDX, ANC, SFO, and LAX. There may be an AS pilot who lives in BOS, but they're almost certainly based somewhere else. I know an AS pilot who lives and is based in SEA but also commutes part time from the middle of the country due to their family situation.
Also not really mentioned directly in this thread is that AS is in the middle of a labor action by pilots. AS pilots in SEA are earning less than DL pilots in SEA and the've been stuck in negotiations for 3 years. Providing additional current examples of violations of their contract with pilots isn't going to help AS's negotiating position at all, and would probably exacerbate their problems with cancelling flights due to crew shortages.
FWIW, it doesn't really matter if a pilot is on rest time or duty time, if they're flying TCON and then getting on a plane to pilot another flight right away, they will be more rested from sitting in F than Y and it *is* a real safety issue. I work in a very safety conscious part of aerospace, and even without legal or contractual requirements we pay attention to how rested people are and when they've last eaten and will knock off work rather than let someone who's not rested and fueled do any operation on high value systems.
