Delta DM was finally able to make it all work with just 2 RUCs per person all the way to Alaska all confirmed in 1st with just 1 leg that was waitlisted - just took over an hour of hold with live agent on call waiting on ticketing desk + another 15 min of processing time by the backend ticketing desk.
Now I realized I made a mistake on the return - have to call to change the return - fortunately, it is the same class, same times etc. just the date of the return needs to be changed. The call back time is now 1 hr and 15 min!
Do you mean two RUCs per person OW or RT? "All the way to Alaska" suggests OW.
