Yes, Shift Capital only shows a generic hotel (“The Hotel at the Beury Building”) at their official webpage for the hotel:

However, for the adjacent Residences, Shift Capital mentions the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Apparently, this webpage has been updated more recently than the hotel webpage:

Now, with that said, I’ll believe it when the Courtyard by Marriott actually opens. Shift Capital has owned the building since 2012. I hope they’re finally making real progress, but architectural renderings and marketing material are easier to create than an actual 138-room hotel in a seriously dilapidated old building.

khabah 's disappointment in what originally appeared to be a "boutique" Marriott hotel has morphed. While a CY may be a better fit for the current neighborhood, an upper-upscale or luxury property might not work right now there.
