With regard to the “One of your seats is not confirmed” message, that’s a known bug online. It appears on all of my current bookings despite the seats being confirmed. I suspect it shows up when seats were selected by the call centre rather than online but can’t be certain.
It seems to have disappeared now, along with the up-front seat assignment on the economy sector.... weird.
