A hospitality company, The Wankawala Organization, is partnering with Shift Capital to redevelop the building and the adjacent parking lot. The Properties page of the website of The Wankawala Organization has a graphic indicating that the hotel will be a Courtyard by Marriott.

I would not expect the residential and retail components of the project to have any Marriott branding.
The hotel is the first phase. A blog post at Your Mileage May Vary has this about the residential phase: "The latter stage of the project will feature the construction of The Residences at the Beury, which will be a neighboring building with 113 residences on five stories, with a 13,750 square foot footprint."
