Pegasus Airlines offers - at first sight - a rather cheap option for all their fares: 'Flex Option' for about EUR 10 (
https://www.flypgs.com/en/travel-ser...s/pegasus-flex).
The option allows you to change flights as often as you like for free (with extra payment of the price difference, of course, if the new ticket is more expensive) and, more recently, it also advertises cancellation of the ticket.
Has anyone had experience with the latter? As is so often the case with PC, the general terms and conditions are very unclear in this regard and it is not stated anywhere whether the total amount or only a part of the paid flight ticket (including any fees, etc.) will be refunded. In principle, all PC fares - also without this option - can be cancelled (and you normally get back part of the fees and part of the service fees). So there must be more to the 'Flex Option' than just the fees and part of the service fees that you should get back, if they promote this actively.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
I asked Pegasus about this, but - as is often the case - received several answers that did not address my question.
