EY should provide STPC for all lay overs which are longer than 8 hours, thats what thier policy says, in reality its very different.
It took me 3 agents and one manager in 3 different countries untill i got my STPC.
The manager told me, they try to get rid of passengers in order to lower thier STPC costs. Be persistaent thats my advice.
