Agreed, on my flight this week a lady next to me asked for single serve champagne bottles and when she mentioned she had vouchers the FA said I'll process it manually. I doubt the FA took any actions.

As a side note, I opted for main cabin exit row to get an aisle seat for the morning flight, I tend to get surprised when I see the alcohol request before noon on the flight or in the lounge - maybe it's just me... The lady next to me started her day with 2-3 mimosas...
