Had to cancel business class tickets to Europe in March 2020 for trip to Rome in May of that year. Got email from AA stating my credit would apply to a future flight- no expiration mentioned. Got email from American last week indicating credit must be booked and used by end of 2022. Looks like AA changed its position.??
